When will I receive my order?
This will depend on where you live and what shipping option you selected. If you live in Texas you will receive your orders first since we are based in central Texas. Generally, the longest it will take for you to receive your order is 10 business days from the time it is shipped.
How do I get in contact with you if something is wrong with my order?
We have a few separate ways you can get in touch with us. The first is our business email that you should reach out to if you have questions regarding an order, future order, or if you have any other product related questions. This email is: email@example.com.

What is your return/refund policy?
If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to us and we will be sure you are taken care of whether by, sending you a new item or issuing a refund.
I purchased my items and received a confirmation email. What happens next?
Congratulations—your order is confirmed! After that, you should receive another email within 3 business days, notifying you that yout order has been packaged and is now being shipped out to you!
How much of my order goes to the animals?
10% of our profit goes to handpicked no-kill shelters all across the United States! It is important to us to make an impact along the way which is why we take 10% out and give it to shelters!
How do I keep up to date with the shop and the animals?
Follow us on all of our social networks and subscribe to our newsletter! We are very active and try to keep y'all up to date via those platforms!
Do you ship International?
Not currently. We are working to raise the amount of orders we process so we can secure an affordable and reliable international shipping option.
All of our clothing items are currently unisex items, meaning that they fit both men and women. We recommend ordering up a size if you want a baggy fit! Our apparel is also 100% cotton so they will shrink slightly in the wash!
